During NFL Week 11, a trio of quarterbacks threw four touchdowns while winning their respective games. The 4 TD crew includes Lamar Jackson (Baltimore Ravens), Jimmy Garoppolo (San Francisco 49ers), and Sam Darnold (NY Jets).
It’s rare to see a quarterback toss four touchdowns in a single game, but it’s even rarer for multiple QBs to achieve that feat in the same day.
San Francisco also bounced back from their first loss of the season. The New Orleans Saints put last week’s ugly loss behind them, and also got back on track with a bounce-back victory.
The Niners, courtesy of 4 TDs from Jimmy G, were also one of the many teams that stormed back from first half deficits to win their games in NFL Week 11. That list also includes the New England Patriots and the Minnesota Vikings.
Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen also accounted for four touchdowns on the day, but he threw for three, and rushed for another.
Another 4 TD Day from Lamar Jackson
Baltimore Ravens 41, Houston Texans 7… Lamar Jackson tossed four touchdown passes to join the 4 TD crew this week. The Texans (6-4) offense never showed up. The Ravens (6-2) put their top-rated offense on display with L-Jax dropping dimes, and RB Mark Ingram running rampant over the Texans.

Bills Stomp Fish

Julian 1, Tommy 0
New England Patriots 17, Philadelphia Eagles 10… The Patriots (9-1) spotted the banged up Eagles (5-5) a 10-0 lead just to make things interesting in an otherwise uneventful rematch of Super Bowl 52. Julian Edelman threw a touchdown pass to put the Pats ahead for good. Tom Brady finished the game with 216 yards, and zero touchdowns. Carson Wentz failed at his chance to become a legendary Pats killer.

Two in a Row for Gang Green, Darnold 4 TD Game
New York Jets 34, Washington Redskins 17… The Jets (3-7) have won two in a row after ownership gave head coach Adam Gase the vote of confidence through 2020. Sam Darnold is no longer seeing ghosts after joining the 4 TD crew in this easy win. The Jets D gave Rookie QB Dwyane Haskins a rough afternoon.
Return of Old Todd
LA Rans 17, Chicago Bears 7… The Rams (6-4) finally saw the return of the Todd Gurley Show with 133 combined yards, including 97 rushing yards and a touchdown in a low-scoring affair against the Bears (4-6) on Sunday Night Football.
Thursday Night Brawl
Cleveland Browns 21, Steelers 7… This fierce AFC North clash was marred by a brawl and the ugly Myles Garrett incident to kick off NFL Week 11. The Browns (4-6) won the game, but lost the PR battle against the Steelers (5-5).
