After three weeks of the NFL season, the Buffalo Bills (3-0) sit in first place in the AFC East and became the new favorites to win the division at 4/7 odds. The New England Patriots, with Cam Newton at QB instead of Tom Brady, started the season 2-1, but their AFC East odds slipped a bit to 3/2.
The Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas updated their NFL division odds. The Bills and New England Patriots came into the season as 7/5 odds co-favorites to win the AFC East. The Bills saw their odds bump from 7/5 to 4/7.
The Patriots started the season 2-1 including a last-second loss by a goal-line stand from the Seattle Seahawks. The Pats’ odds moved from 7/5 to 3/2.

Word on the street is that NY Jets head coach Adam Gase will finally get fired after the Thursday Night Football game against the Denver Broncos. The winless LOL Jets (0-3) saw their odds plummet from a hopeful 6/1 at the start of the season to a ridiculous 300/1 odds. If anyone is considering betting the Jets at this point, you should consult a doctor because you might have an undiagnosed concussion or some sort of head trauma.
The Miami Dolphins (0-3) also started the season without a victory. Their odds dropped, but not as drastically as the Jets. The Dolphins were projected to finish in last place in the AFC East and started the season as 8/1 odds to win the AFC East. The Dolphins might suck, but they’re not as bad as the pitiful LOL Jets. The Fish’s Division odds are now 20/1.
MVP Allen, Bills Crushing
The high-scoring Bills average 31 points per game and surprisingly score more points than the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens.
Josh Allen looks like an MVP candidate. He completed 71.1% of his passes for 1,038 yards and 10 touchdowns. He only threw one pick thus far. He’s also the Bills’ second-best rusher with 84 yards and two touchdowns. He recently lit up the Dolphins for four touchdowns.

The Bills have a tough schedule ahead of them. At least they get to host Kansas City, Seattle, New England, and Pittsburgh.
The Bills hit the road for two games against Las Vegas and Tennessee. The Bills also have three difficult road games in the back end of the season including at Arizona, at San Francisco, and the Patriots in the penultimate week of the season.
Pats and Cam Chugging Along
Bill Belichick is enjoying his new mobile quarterback. He dusted off old plays he has not used in twenty tears thanks to Cam Newton’s ability to run the ball. Newton is one hit away from ending up on the IR (then again, isn’t every NFL player?), but Belichick is going to push Newton’s limits for as long as he’s healthy and then adjust accordingly.
As per usual, the Pats started out 2-0 at home. Even though there’s no fans at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, the ghosts of the Patriots continue to haunt opponents.

The Patriots could be 2-2 at the end of this week after a date with the Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs. If anyone can figure out how to slow down Patrick Mahomes, it’s Belichick. The Pats are underdogs by a touchdown, which marked only the third time they’ve been a dog by that much since 2002.
