Cowboys 7-0 ATS
The Dallas Cowboys posted a 6-1 record in the first half of the season. Dak Prescott had a huge edge in winning the Comeback Player of the Year, but he’s also making a good case for MVP as well with 16 touchdowns and only four interceptions. The Cowboys host the Denver Broncos (4-4 SU, 4-4 ATS) at the Jerry Dome in Week 9. The Cowboys are favorites by double digits, even with Prescott hobbled by a calf injury. The Cowboys have to whoop the Broncos by 11 or more points to keep their perfect betting record alive and improve to 8-0 ATS.
Packers 7-1 ATS
The Green Bay Packers lost their first game of the season, but then won seven in a row. They’ll be tested in Week 9 without Aaron Rodgers, who tested positive for COVID-19. untested backup Jordan Love gets his first start for the Packers, where they’re a +7 underdog. Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs (4-4 SU, 2-6 ATS) caught a break facing a Rodgers-less Packers squad.
Titans 6-2 ATS
The Tennessee Titans incurred a bad injury beat when they lost running back Derrick Henry for the rest of the regular season with a fractured foot. In the first half of the season, the Titans covered at a 6-2 ATS clip thanks to a couple of big wins over the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs in consecutive weeks. The Titans are dogs once again at +7 when they visit the Los Angeles Rams (7-1 SU, 4-4 ATS) on Sunday Night Football.
Cardinals 6-2 ATS
The Arizona Cardinals started the season 7-0 and were the last undefeated team remaining before they were upended by the Green Bay Packers in Week 8. Overall, the Cards were a profitable venture in the first half of the season with a 6-2 ATS record. Kyler Murray is nursing a sprained ankle. He’s a game-time decision this week against the San Francisco 49ers (3-4 SU, 2-5 ATS). Bettors think Murray will not play, which is why the 49ers are -2.5 favorites in a tough NFC West divisional matchup.
